Business Development Manager at Eleken (Kyiv)

We are looking for a sales manager who is eager to accept responsibility, be self-governing, be proactive, and responsible without the need for daily coaching or prompting from the CEO.

Crucial requirements:

  • at least 1.5 years of experience in sales in IT outsourcing/agency business;
  • great (advanced, speaking and writing) English;
  • a success story (or 10+ closed deals on previous position).


  • deep understanding of the sales process;
  • sociability, strong communication skills;
  • high-level understanding of software development process;
  • team Lead or Head of Sales department experience would be a plus.


  • communicate with leads generated from marketing channels;
  • look for new clients offering top-notch web & mobile design services;
  • create and prepare project proposals;
  • generate and prepare sales plans;
  • meet and exceed sales quotas;
  • work with Sales CRM.
