Customer care manager for TriggMine (Kyiv)


  • Excellent English communications skills both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Native language skills in Russian and Ukrainian (preferred).
  • Additional languages will be a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Our Customer care manager is able to interact with customers using appropriate language to identify their requirements and provide solutions or assistance.
  • Customer Service Skills: Adept at courteously relating with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Skilled in analyzing customer complaints or issues to come up with recommendations useful in resolving client problems.
  • Ability to focus and deliver pro-actively in a dynamic, multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.
  • A desire to further develop personal knowledge.
  • Sales Experience (preferred).


  • Handling customer inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism;
  • Providing fast, and effective communication via web-based program (s);
  • Assist customers with placing orders and identify opportunities to cross & upsell;
  • Working with multiple mainframe, software, and web-based programs;
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands of the work environment;
  • Cross selling and up selling;
  • Work with Sales/ Marketing support staff to resolve any customer related problems or sales opportunities that require their assistance.
