Community Support Representative for Restream (Vinnytsia, remote ok)

  • Become an expert on how Restream works and its day-to-day usage, helping our users/customers understand the features and all of the benefits pertaining to their specific needs.
  • Respond to customer support inquiries and monitor the incoming tickets in all of our support channels (Intercom, FB, Twitter).
  • Keep an active presence in our community (Discord/Reddit).
  • Maintain content in the help center.
  • Maintain content in the Intercom chat. E.g. increase the base of auto answers.
  • Identify common customer challenges and proactively find ways to improve our product and processes.
  • Gather feedback and feature requests and communicate them effectively to the team.

As Restream’s Community Support Representative, you will play an essential role in creating, managing, and influencing user / customer experience.

You will act as a primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and be directly responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position will also work closely with members of the Restream team to improve customer satisfaction by gathering feedback, testing new features, and many other responsibilities.

Our customers take Restream seriously as it plays a crucial role in their streaming activities. Therefore, it is important for us to provide the best possible customer experience to our highly valued customers.
