Customer Care Manager for SupportYourApp (remote ok)

We’re looking for a talented Customer Care Specialist and you seem to be our perfect match! Just look, you:

  • Communicate with native speakers without any barriers.
  • Are passionate about technologies and IT sphere.
  • Are eager to help customers with all sort of issues.
  • Have some experience in customer support/sale.

  • Winning our customers’ hearts (simply help them via email/phone/live chat).
  • Communication with clients and developers from USA, Canada and Europe.
  • Learning fascinating IT products – SaaS, software and hardware.
  • Contribution to product’s success (building FAQ, knowledgebase).
