Qualifications

  • Fluent English/French/German (C1-C2).
  • Analytical & Research Skills.
  • Customer oriented and responsible attitude.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Mac OS/CRM systems/SaaS.
  • Experience with native speakers.
  • International exchange programs participation.
  • Customer service skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customers’ inquiries received via emails, phone, live chat.
  • Become a product expert and provide documentation updates to our knowledge base.
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction.
