Customer Care Representative (English/French) for SupportYourApp (Kyiv)

Qualifications

  • Fluent French or English (C1).
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer oriented and enthusiastic.
  • Quick thinking and creative.
  • Stress resistance.

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of other foreign languages.
  • Experience with Mac OS/CRM systems/SaaS.
  • Experience with native speakers.
  • International exchange programs participation.
  • Customer service skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Winning our customers’ hearts (simply help them via email/phone/live chat).
  • Contribution to product’s success (building FAQ, knowledgebase).
  • Communication with clients and developers from USA, Canada and Europe.
  • Learning fascinating IT products – SaaS, software, hardware.

  • Intensive training on LMS platforms and paid trial period.
