Customer Success Specialist at Newoldstamp (Lviv)

Qualifications

  • Advanced in written English.
  • Good at spoken English.
  • Analytical & strategic thinking.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
  • Desire to learn, grow professionally, and potentially take other responsibilities.

Preferably:

  • Experience in using Intercom (Chat app), Slack, Google apps, etc.
  • Experience in chat support and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of customer inquiries received via email and chat.
  • Provide professional support, help customers set up their accounts and solve their problems.
  • Ensure customer’s satisfaction rate growth.
  • Compile reports and set up support process.
  • Learn and apply the supporting sales strategy.
  • Qualify incoming leads and delegate them to the sales team.
  • Increase existing customer’s engagement with the platform (Facebook groups, emails, polls).
