Customer Support Representative at Triggmine (Kyiv)

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communications skills both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Native language skills in Russian and/or Ukrainian (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: our Customer Support Representative is able to interact with customers using appropriate language to identify their requirements and provide solutions or assistance.
  • Customer service skills: adept at courteously relating with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Problem-solving skills: skilled in analyzing customer complaints or issues to come up with recommendations useful in resolving client problems.
  • Ability to focus and deliver proactively in a dynamic, multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.
  • The desire to further develop personal knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Providing fast, and effective communication via web based program(s).
  • Assist customers with placing orders and identify opportunities to cross & up sell.
  • Working with multiple mainframe, software, and web-based programs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands of the work environment.
  • Work with Sales/ Marketing/ Development teams to resolve any customer related problems that require their assistance.
