Customer Support Representative for Boomers Group

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) Customer Support experience 1+ year.
  • Good computer skills to work with custom CRM system.
  • Genuine interest in new technologies (e.g., tablets & smartphones apps) is a big plus.
  • Good typing speed ( not less than 40 WPM (Words Per Minute).

Responsibilities
Communication with the customers to provide the information required via live chat, email & phone channels.

Proposal

  • Flexible schedule of shifts (6 working hours) from 18-00 till 00-00, from 00-00 till 06-00 (from Monday till Sunday, 4 – 6 working days/week).
