Customer Support Intern (paid internship) at Coding Ninjas (Kyiv, remote ok)

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken English, proper written English.
  • Experience in support management is a big+.
  • Basic knowledge of programming is a huge+.

Responsibilities
We are looking for an intern to complete our support team. You will help us to support customers during rush hours and weekends. You’ll be able to learn support processes, work with international customers and top IT talents in Ukraine. This is also an opportunity to grow into a full-time support manager.

  • Answer customer queries.
  • Answer freelancer queries.
  • Assign projects to freelancers.
  • Mediate client-contractor communication breakdowns.
  • Help clients and contractors to use our system.
  • Onboard clients.

Working schedule is the beginning:

  • Saturday and Sunday 11 am – 8 pm.
  • Friday 3 pm – 5 pm. And few more flexible hours during the week.

Proposal

  • Paid internship (salary in USD).
  • Remote work.
