Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries.
  • Managing Pix Social Media channels / feedback to clients through comments and posts.
  • Proactively monitor customer activity and provide insights to clients to improve outcomes.
  • Corporate emailing.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Manage customer orders and order-related issues.

We’re a team of 9 people and are currently looking for Customer Support Manager who will be responsible for communication with clients and diving into a Digital Marketing Tasks in future.
