Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries.
- Managing Pix Social Media channels / feedback to clients through comments and posts.
- Proactively monitor customer activity and provide insights to clients to improve outcomes.
- Corporate emailing.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Manage customer orders and order-related issues.
