Customer Support Manager at Pix Inc. (Kyiv)

Qualifications

All our customers are foreigners, so we’re looking only for candidates with Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level (speaking and writing skills).

Requirements:

  • English — Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Customer support work experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer support work experience.
  • A desire to provide the best possible help to customers.
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.

Responsibilities

Customer support:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming emails/messages/calls.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Handle product recalls.

Logistics:

  • Leading all logistics operations.
  • Stock count and analytics.
  • Scheduling deliveries and accepting refunds and warranty claims.

Assistance:

  • Manage operational tasks provided by heads of departments.
