Customer Support Representative for Attendify (Kyiv)

We’re looking for talented, ambitious and self-driven individuals to join our growing customer support team. Our ideal candidate is a passionate trouble-shooter who understands the difference between native and web app, knows how to clean cache and cookies, has can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.


  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B customer support.
  • Experience with CRM-tools and customer service software.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Intercom is a plus.
  • Experience and passion for mobile apps (iOS & Android).


  • Help our customers understand the product and adopt it effectively.
  • Provide timely customer support via phone, chat and email.
  • Work effectively with other departments to drive issues to resolution.
  • Write the product knowledge base updates.
