Customer Support Representative for SupportYourApp (Kyiv)


  • speak English fluently with no (minimum) accent;

  • communicate with native speakers without any barriers;
  • be eager to help customers with all sort of issues.

It’s brilliant if you have some experience in customer support/sales!


  • winning our customers’ hearts (simply help them via email/phone/live chat);
  • contribution to product’s success (building FAQ, knowledgebase);
  • communication with clients and developers from USA, Canada and Europe;
  • learning fascinating IT products — SaaS, software, hardware.
