Customer Support Specialist at CEX.IO.LABS (Kyiv)


  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Ability to take night shifts and have flexible schedule is a must.
  • Knowledge of extra foreign languages (Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus.
  • Call center and/or Zendesk experience is a plus.


  • Answering to customers’ questions and demands via email, online chat, forums (and phone in perspective).
  • Providing quality support by strictly following company instructions and procedures, using proper English in communicating to customers, and keeping good composure under stress.
  • Keeping the customer happy – any issue or question is to be followed up until resolution.
  • Being a team player.


  • This is a full time position.
  • Office is located in near to metro station.
