- Fluent English is a must.
- Ability to take night shifts and have flexible schedule is a must.
- Knowledge of extra foreign languages (Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus.
- Call center and/or Zendesk experience is a plus.
- Answering to customers’ questions and demands via email, online chat, forums (and phone in perspective).
- Providing quality support by strictly following company instructions and procedures, using proper English in communicating to customers, and keeping good composure under stress.
- Keeping the customer happy – any issue or question is to be followed up until resolution.
- Being a team player.
- This is a full time position.
- Office is located in near to metro station.
- Close-knit team.
