Qualifications

  • Previous successful experience in a client-related fields.
  • Intercom, Jira and Zendesk experience as a plus (or another ticketing / CRM system).
  • Logical mindset and strong Math skills.
  • Advanced English (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Build solid relationship with clients and solve their issues.
  • Working with objections.
  • Failures reporting.
  • Holding the meetings and demo presentations.
  • Incoming requests processing.
  • Transferring the clients requests to the other teams.
