Responsibilities
- Work with world’s hottest tech startups.
- Resolve basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via omni-channel support (emails, phone, live chat).
- Become a product expert and provide documentation updates to our knowledge base.
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction.
