Qualifications

  • Sales experience in IT sphere (outsourcing, software development and etc.).
  • Understands the specificity of client search, knows how to establish communication with different people.
  • Is constantly evolving, can win client’s favor, self-dependent.
  • Experienced in operating at the US market.
  • Strives to grow in sales and sales arrangement.
  • Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility, be self-governing, be proactive, and responsible for the accomplishment of the company mission without the need for daily coaching or prompting from the CEO.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Search for new clients (cold sales).
  • Sale of services, namely, application engineering, outsourcing, outstaffing.
  • Gradual organization of sales system.
