  • Creating convincing commercial offers using your experience and knowledge.
  • Building up an effective sales team. Planning and setting the goals.
  • Monitoring the team performance to minimize the risks of losing potential customers.
  • Careful analysis, organization and improvement of the sales system in a small company.
  • Managing the marketing processes to create an efficient development strategy and attract customers.
  • Cooperating with the executive management to create and improve the key processes.
  • Creating the Sales Process Road Map.
  • Controlling and analyzing a sales management tool, PipeDrive.
