We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide high-level quality support to our English-speaking customers.
- Higher education or last year student;
- Excellent English, both written and speaking skills are required;
- Good communication skills, attentive to details;
- Work in shifts (morning-day, day-evening, evening-night);
- Night shifts are must.
Main responsibilities (we will teach you how to):
- Support customers on-line via e-mails, calls and chats;
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaints and requests;
- Identify and escalate issues.
