Junior Customer Support Representative for Mobilunity (Kyiv)

Qualifications
We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide high-level quality support to our English-speaking customers.

Requirements:

  • Higher education or last year student;
  • Excellent English, both written and speaking skills are required;
  • Good communication skills, attentive to details;
  • Work in shifts (morning-day, day-evening, evening-night);
  • Night shifts are must.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities (we will teach you how to):

  • Support customers on-line via e-mails, calls and chats;
  • Handle and resolve customers’ complaints and requests;
  • Identify and escalate issues.
