  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Managing operational tasks: office-related tasks, travel-support, product shipments, POSm preparation; document flow, etc.
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Supporting marketing team in organizing various projects.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
  • SMM content creation.

Our first product — Pix Backpack, the first digital customizable backpack which appearance can be changed from smartphone. Pix backpack has built-in LED screen being controlled from the IOS/Android app.

We’re a team of 10 people and are currently looking for Office Manager & Personal Assistant who will be responsible for taking care of operational tasks in the company.
