Passionate Growth Hacker and Marketing Manager for StepShot (Lviv)

Qualifications

  • 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Higher education in marketing or related field.
  • HubSpot inbound marketing certification (or similar).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics.
  • Strong English, both written and spoken (at least Upper-Intermediate).
  • Good presentation, communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with SEO, social marketing and PR.
  • Deadline-oriented.
  • Attentive to detail with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Good teamwork member.

Responsibilities

  • Do high-volume lead generation by means of inbound marketing.
  • Conduct market research & analysis.
  • Build real relationships with the specific reporters covering StepShot startup’s market.
  • Supervise company’s blog activities and set the right direction for it.
  • Regularly gather and present metrics internally.
  • Improve and maintain SMM activities (FB, Twitter, Linkedin, etc).
  • Website optimization for Google.
  • Own email marketing activities.
  • Create marketing content and its graphical design.
  • Plan and think through an affiliate program.
  • Build StepShot product brand and increase its awareness.
  • Prepare for industry trade shows (avg. twice a year).
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.
  • Supervise and lead the efforts of marketing team.
  • Plan marketing budget.
