Personal Assistant to CEO at Respect.Studio (Lviv, remote ok)

Qualifications
We are looking for a person who wants to join our team on a long-term basis. This would be rather a partner than an employee.

Strict requirements are:

  • Advanced/Fluent English. Most of our clients come from the US, Canada, and other English-speaking countries, so it’s important to us that each team member has a good level of English. If you don’t yet consider yourself as a fluent speaker, but you are working on your rising your English level – that would also work.
  • Experience in sales/communication with international clients. We don’t ask for years of experience. What we need is an understanding of the basic sales processes, good communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic digital marketing understanding. You are going to represent our marketing services to our prospects, so it’s important to us that you will have an idea of why they might be in need of such services. Plus, obviously, it will help you understand what are we actually doing.
  • Last, but not least — ability to learn fast. Our sphere is changing really fast and you would need to adapt to it. It means that we are going to send you learning materials almost daily so that you can stay up tuned with the latest trends and changes.

Soft requirements:

  • Self-task management. We would love if you will be a pro-active person who doesn’t need a Trello task in order to start moving business towards success.
  • Experience working with such tools like Trello/Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox Paper, Calendly, Hubspot CRM would be a good bonus.

Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate would help our CEO with the daily tasks like preparing offers for potential clients, doing research on prospects, communication with the clients, preparing reports.

  • You will work in a friendly and supportive environment with flexible work hours. This is a remote position with an ability to work inside our office (located near «Eurohotel» which is almost in the city centre of Lviv).

You will work closely with our CEO, which is a great opportunity to learn fast about digital world and immediately apply this knowledge into practice. We are not one of those huge companies where your impact won’t be seen and we plan to remain such. All our team members are our partners.

Salary
This part highly depends on the candidate’s background and skills. It can be both a fixed price, commission based opportunity or a mix of both. I’d prefer to discuss it individually.
