- fluent English — speaking and writing (people who spent a year or more in US are preferred);
- knowledge of basic HR management procedures will be a plus;
- people with experience in working with US market are preferred;
- ability to handle stress;
- communication skills;
- candidates 1-5 years after university are preferred.
- provide overall recruiting strategy;
- create and place vacancies for truck drivers (US market);
- schedule and organize of interviews through phone;
- join social media groups and professional networks to place vacancies;
- maintain candidates’ database.

- working US time (working day starts at 15.00 till 22.00).
Starting salary $400.
