You don’t have to necessarily have experience in sales, learning ability and attention to people are more critical.
You will provide full cycle sales of premium class airline tickets (warm leads) by working with international (mostly US) clients.
Please take into account that due to time zone difference, we work late hours. Schedule: Monday-Friday from 5 PM to 2 AM local time. The company provides taxi ride home after work.
Your personal development timeline:
- 1 month. So, you have passed 2 weeks training. Now you know a lot about the industry, the product we deal with and, of course, about effective communication with the clients, which ends up with successful sales. Fully equipped with the knowledge, you start your great career journey.
- 3 month. During your probation period you will implement your communicative strategies and product knowledge. Your Team Lead is sure to be a great back up for you. It’s the person you can always lean on and get the guidance from. Together you will build effectively build your clients’ database and hit the goals.
- After 6 month you will become not only a credible advisor for your clients, but an expert of the industry. You are to know all the tips and tricks to help you to make win-win situation for both, you and clients.
- Earn good money for realization of your dreams — $1500+ on average with no need of relocation.
