  • Provide a great experience for Competera’s prospective customers.
  • Engage with potential/current clients through Intercom.
  • Maintain a stable inbound pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Provide assistance for customers’ orders, account statuses and relevant issues.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive deals.
  • Provide suggestions to improve external communication and internal processes.
  • Cooperate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product teams to create the best SaaS product ever.
