We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales manager who can define and carry over the company sales strategy and have the interest in expanding skills in sales, negotiation, and business development.
The role involves finding the promising leads and clients interested in software development services. This is a full-time, permanent position in Kiev office, starting in 2016.
- 1+ year sales/lead generation experience.
- Strong English, both written and spoken (at least Upper-Intermediate).
- Good presentation, communication and organization skills.
- Experience with sale and lead generation tools (Pipedrive or Salesforce).
- Google Search expert.
- Interested in new technologies and digital trends.
- Attentive to detail with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Keen ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Good teamwork and business development experience.

- Develop relationships with new and existing clients and partners across the globe.
- Identify new sales leads through publicly available sources (event websites, directories, marketplaces, etc.).
- Research leads to understand their real needs and help formulate an outreach strategy.
- Discover new lead generation channels and participate in market research & analysis.
- Find direct emails and phone numbers through various search tools (Google, LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.).
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials.
- Provide comprehensive information for the incoming clients’ requests and the confirmed Skype appointments.
- Update and maintain lead and opportunity records in Pipedrive.
