Sales Manager for StepShot (Lviv)

Qualifications

  • University graduate (business and marketing majors – preferably).
  • Inquisitive and helpful person.
  • Strong English, both written and spoken (at least Upper-Intermediate).
  • Good presentation, communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with sale and lead generation tools (Pipedrive).
  • High motivation to close deals.
  • No “telephone phobia”.
  • Google Search expert.
  • Attentive to detail with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Good teamwork and business development experience.
  • Experience in sales/lead generation experience is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Do high-volume lead generation, identifying new sales leads through publicly available sources (event websites, directories, marketplaces, etc.).
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients and partners across the globe (up-sell existing customers).
  • Research leads to understand their real needs and help formulate an outreach strategy.
  • Discover new lead generation channels and participate in market research & analysis.
  • Find direct emails and phone numbers through various search tools (Google, LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.) and do direct B2B sales.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials.
  • Show demos of the product.
  • Update and maintain lead and opportunity records in Pipedrive.
