- University graduate (business and marketing majors – preferably).
- Inquisitive and helpful person.
- Strong English, both written and spoken (at least Upper-Intermediate).
- Good presentation, communication and organization skills.
- Experience with sale and lead generation tools (Pipedrive).
- High motivation to close deals.
- No “telephone phobia”.
- Google Search expert.
- Attentive to detail with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Good teamwork and business development experience.
- Experience in sales/lead generation experience is highly preferable.
- Do high-volume lead generation, identifying new sales leads through publicly available sources (event websites, directories, marketplaces, etc.).
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients and partners across the globe (up-sell existing customers).
- Research leads to understand their real needs and help formulate an outreach strategy.
- Discover new lead generation channels and participate in market research & analysis.
- Find direct emails and phone numbers through various search tools (Google, LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.) and do direct B2B sales.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials.
- Show demos of the product.
- Update and maintain lead and opportunity records in Pipedrive.
- Opportunity to work with product/service companies from the USA, Canada, EU, Australia and New Zealand.
- Opportunity to work with high-profile customers (challenge of up-selling to Microsoft, AutoDesk, Richter, Deloitte, Hersheys and other famous companies).
