Sales Development Representative at Coding Ninjas (Kyiv)


  • 1+ years of relevant experience on US and European markets at a technology company
  • Has experience in building and executing multi-touch sequences.
  • Has experience working in sales development products like ReplyApp, Outreach, LinkedIn and similar.
  • Ability build great relationships with highly technical customers
  • The advanced level of English
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment


As an SDR, you will help Coding Ninjas expanding the product for early-stage startups.

  • Qualify leads as sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn, social networks and calls
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to generate the pipeline
  • Analyze and optimize outbound campaigns
  • Experiment with new outreach channels
  • Uncover prospects’ business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities.
  • Manage pipeline and record all activities with leads and opportunities.
