Support Ninja for Coding Ninjas (Kyiv, remote ok)

Qualifications
A must:

  • fluent English;
  • strong communication skills;
  • organized and responsible;
  • proactive and eager to learn.

A plus:

  • basic knowledge about web development;
  • experience in account management or support or sales.

Responsibilities
The result of an incredible support is a returning customer. Most of our clients come back to use our developers almost every day. Your task will be to maintain and increase this retention and to make customers excited about using our services.

Responsibilities:

  • answer customer’s inquiries;
  • help customers to manage developers;
  • help developers to communicate with customers;
  • resolve communication breakdowns.

Proposal
We offer to join the rocketship that disrupts the freelance market. This is a night shift position, and you will work remotely. You will work exclusively with English speaking clients and top developers.

We are a small team, and each role is highly valuable. You will be able to make a difference to a company growth and grow with us.

You should not consider this as a temporary job, we are looking for someone, who will commit for at least 2 years.
