Responsibilities
You will need to:

  • process customers’ requests in chat and via e-mail;
  • become a living encyclopedia of what we do and what our product is capable of. The company grows fast and our customers need to be informed about all the updates;
  • study advertising trends in social media and technology development. You will need to become an expert in e-commerce and Facebook Ads;
  • work with analytics, study results of advertising campaigns and provide clients with tips and suggestions.
