Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactivity and problem-solver mindset.
  • Extremely high level of written English.
  • Experience is not a must if you have a quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

  • Your main role will be to build and support relationships with the community of e-bike admirers and potential customers.
  • You will have to communicate with them on a daily basis across different channels: social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Quora), live chat, email etc.
  • Resolve support issues for customer inquiries.
  • Become a product expert (remember, we make electric bicycles, so please think thoroughly whether you are interested in this area).
  • Make sure our community members and customers are satisfied with the information they get.
  • Become an essential part of our small team that makes innovative products.
