- Fluent English – both written and spoken – and good communication skills. And we mean it. You will talk to people a lot.
- Organizational skills. Recruiters are required to keep track of all processed applications, so be prepared to fill in reports at the end of every shift.
- Experience in hiring content writers is a big plus, but it’s not required. We will teach you the basics of working with our system, but prior experience will help a lot.
- Assist potential writers with the application process.
- Process incoming applications.
- Review completed test tasks and decide the fate of the application.
- Set up and conduct phone interviews.
- Walk the writer through the first steps of working with us.
- Flexible schedule set for each week separately. At least 5 shifts per week – 1 morning and 4 evenings or 2 mornings and 3 evenings.
- Shift-based pay rate. The more shifts you take, the more you earn.
- Performance bonuses. Do what you do well and it will be noticed!
